RETURNS & REFUND

When shopping with Circaleur, your satisfaction is our priority 🤍🎀  We offer monetary refunds within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we provide store credit valid for 5 years.

Return Conditions:

• Original receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
• Items must be returned with tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Returns will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Circaleur reserves the right to review the order before issuing a refund to ensure it meets the above standards.

To initiate a return, please fill in the form with the subject line as 'ORDER NUMBER + RETURN'. Further instructions on the return process will be provided via email. Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you and inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the refund.
